We are looking for a positive, team oriented individual to work in a professional environment as a full time Insurance Agent. If you are already an Agent, awesome, if not we will work with you toward getting licensed in various types of insurance. A professional person in a business casual setting would enjoy this job. Vintage Bank Kansas is a family centric culture. Familiarity with Office Products and computer data processing necessary. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Loan Officer: Immediate full-time position available in Leon.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our lending team. In this role, you will evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of loan applications for individuals and businesses. You’ll play a key role in helping clients secure financing while maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risk.
Float Customer Service Representative: Immediate full-time position available in the Marion County & Harvey County area.
As a traveling customer service representative, you’ll be the face of our bank in various branches across a designated region. You’ll provide in-person support, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience-no matter where you go. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves variety. Familiarity with Office Products and computer data processing is not required, but would be highly beneficial.
Bank Controller: Immediate full-time position available in Wichita.
The Bank Controller is a key leadership role responsible for the financial integrity of the bank. You will manage account functions, oversee regulatory compliance, lead financial reporting processes, and work closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making. This position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, especially in banking and regulatory environments (GAAP, FDIC, FFIEC, etc.).
