At Vintage Bank Kansas your health and safety and the health and safety of our employees all while serving your banking needs is our #1 concern. With the current flu situation, we have been informed that by limiting social interaction thus limiting exposure, and, by following CDC recommendations of washing our hands for at least 20 seconds often throughout the day, especially after eating, coughing/sneezing, using the restroom and before and after being in a crowded public space or using public transportation we can all help combat the spread of the Coronavirus.


We are taking proactive, preventative measures to protect against exposure to the virus within our offices including:

  • • Limiting Bank Lobby visits to by appointment only at all locations.

  • • Having customers answer questions about their travel and family and person health.

  • • Instilling increased sanitation and hygiene procedures for our staff members.

  • • Adding sanitizing supplies to many areas of our offices.

  • • Asking staff to listen to their bodies and to stay home if they are not feeling well or have been at risk of exposure.

  • • Limiting personal contact, including handshakes.


In order to ensure we can continue providing high quality service to you, we also encourage the following from our customers:

  • • When possible, take advantage of drive up windows and ATMs for transactions.

  • • When possible take advantage of our technology services such as online banking and bill pay, mobile deposit and person to person payments.

  • • When possible, take advantage of phone, email or even video conferencing for scheduled appointments.

  • • Ask loan officers how you can email documents securely or use regular mail to transfer documents.

  • • Listen to your body, if you are not feeling well, stay home and cancel or reschedule any appointments you may have at our offices.

  • • If you have travelled to any highly virus impacted areas: New York, Washington, Colorado, Florida within the last two weeks, please call or email, do not come into the Bank Lobby.

  • • If you or a family member has had a fever, coughing or shortness of breath within the last two weeks please call email, do not come into the bank lobby.
