Protecting Online Information

It is very important that only you know your online banking ID and password. This is the only way your account may be accessed online. Three unsuccessful attempts to login will lock the user out from accessing the account. If you accidentally activate this security feature by unintentionally mis-keying a password, you will need to contact your local branch to reset the password for the account or request a new secure access code through Vintage Online.

To further protect your account and information, a timeout feature is used. Your current login session will automatically log out after a 10–minute period of inactivity on our site.

Full Account Numbers Not Visible

Vintage Bank Kansas does not display full account numbers over the Internet. Only the last four digits of the account number is displayed. You also have the option to enter a “pseudo” name (nickname) for each of your accounts.
